I did: my assistant replies to every enquiry on WhatsApp in under a minute — any hour, any language — checks they own a detached home with a high electricity bill in your area, and books the visit into your calendar. You only pay for appointments that show up.

How it works
A chain with three links. I run all three; you receive the last one.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting homeowners who want to cut their electricity bill. The budget sits in your own ad account: you see everything.
My assistant chats with every enquiry on WhatsApp: homeowner, property type, bill, town. The ones that don't fit are politely filtered out.
Booked into your time slots, confirmed, reminded 24h before. Before each visit you get a brief with what we know about the customer.
The difference
If you've ever bought leads, you know how it ends. Compare.
If I don't deliver at least 10 qualified appointments in the first month, I keep working at no cost until they're delivered. No lock-in after the first month. The only thing I don't guarantee is sales: closing is yours — filling your calendar is mine.
SWWho's behind this
I build AI-powered customer acquisition systems for one trade only: filling solar installers' calendars with homeowners who can actually buy.
That's why my model is the opposite of most agencies: real exclusivity per district, and the bulk of my invoice only exists if you receive visits. Happy to show it working live — the demo takes 15 minutes, with the AI answering right in front of you.
Frequently asked
A one-time setup to build the system (first month of operation included), an operations fee from month two, and a fixed price per attended appointment that meets the filter. The ad budget is separate, in your own Meta account. Exact numbers in the demo — they depend on your area and capacity.
You don't pay it. The definition of a valid appointment is written in the contract: homeowner, detached house with its own roof, minimum bill, your area, and prior confirmation. Anything that doesn't meet all of it isn't invoiced.
Great — then your problem isn't generating enquiries, it's answering them. I have an answer-only plan: I connect my assistant to YOUR leads (your ads, your website) and she replies in under a minute, qualifies and books. I don't touch your marketing.
Test it yourself: in the demo you write as if you were a customer and try to trip it up. It replies naturally, in the customer's language, and when someone asks for a human, it hands over to you. Enquiries get answered instantly instead of waiting a day — that doesn't scare people. That closes.
No. One installer per district (that's what makes the exclusivity real), and only with companies that already know how to sell: my system fills calendars, it doesn't replace your closer. If your area is taken, I'll tell you and put you on the waiting list.
Message me on WhatsApp, tell me your area, and I'll show you the system working live. If your district is still free, you decide whether to take it.
